Over six weeks, customers of an online retailer were onboarded and interviewed to investigate disappointing Shopify sales.
Focusing on one competitive product, the purchase journey was tested from Google to checkout and twenty issues were identified, many of which were fixed by minor changes to text, imagery and platform settings.
