Hospital transport survey
A health care provider was looking for patient feedback about non emergency hospital transport.
We took a survey into 6 hospitals, surveyed patients, analysed results and presented findings.
Improving digital inclusion
A Statutory service provider wanted to know why a new service was failing to attract subscribers online.
We tested the page’s usability and found a number of issues which we prioritised and presented in a succinct report accompanied by video clips to illustrate them.
Data analysis and reporting
500 paper surveys to be digitised, analysed and findings reported.
We used a combination of voice and optical character recognition to process returns before analysing results and identifying significant findings.
Recruiting and administering a narrow demographic
Our client was developing a new app and wanted people from a very specific demographic to do user research with.
We identified, screened, recruited and administered participants for our client’s own research programme.
